Location Update
In mid-March, I will be relocating from Los Angeles to the Bay Area, and specifically the San Francisco Peninsula. I will be servicing families from Burlingame to Santa Clara. Please see "Services" for more details on my current offerings.
About Me and My Work
Welcome! Thank you for considering me for your birth and postpartum support needs!

I was first introduced to doula work by one of my graduate school classmates—a former doula herself—after I inquired how I could best support members of the perinatal population before becoming a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). With her encouraging words in mind, I completed my postpartum doula training with Kathrin Auger at Los Angeles Doula and my birth doula training with Ana Paula Markel at Bini Birth. I also completed an abortion companion training with Jacoba Cruz-Rodriguez at Chicago Women's Health Center and a Childbirth Education training with Dena Marchiony at Childbirth Philly. I am enamored to be a member of this empowering, life-changing profession. In addition to my work as a doula, I am pursuing my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with the hopes of specializing in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).​
